What is Coaching?

Coaching is helping someone to learn, with the belief that the individual has the answers to their own problems within them.

 

Basically, a coach will help you focus on the here and now, and shift perspectives so that you can discover your own path to solving problems and improving performance.

 

We'll set SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound) goals, then plan the steps to realize those goals in a way that realistically fits into your lifestyle. We'll identify the resources ad tools available, as well as the obstacles and challenges necessary to overcome in order to make real progress.
