Change Happens. Let's Make Progress.

August 25, 2017

We're changing right now. Your nose is probably growing, even if the hair on your head has stopped. All those tiny little hose nose cells are changing. Your emotions are changing and your mind is in constant movement and change. The grass outside is growing and changing and the atmosphere around us is always moving and changing. Dust is settling on the floor, changing the air and the floor it touches. A grasshopper somewhere is munching on a leaf, changing the cells in his body and in the leaf.

Children turn into teenagers and WHAM! Change.

The nice thing about this is, you get to choose what to do with change. So, what do you want to do? Do you want to change in a way that helps you be more comfortable in life? Maybe you want to feel more like yourself- lose weight, get fit, stop smoking or shake a bad habit? Maybe you want to change financial decisions and begin making or keeping more money. Or, maybe you want to find or enhance a relationship?

But you can certainly sit back and let it happen to you, passively living your life and watching time go by, accepting and dealing with changes as they come along. Maybe it will mean accepting what you've been dealt and that's just how it is. Or maybe - just maybe -  you want to start setting goals and making progress. Maybe it's time, and maybe you're ready to start setting just a few smaller goals that are definitely attainable and maybe you can even reach those goals, and set bigger goals that are totally reach-able. And maybe- just maybe- you can reach goals that you never imagined were attainable in your wildest dreams.

I've done it, and I can help you do it too. So are you ready to make progress?
